In addition to monitoring the ambient temperature and humidity, it is also necessary to measure the pressure difference parameter to make the air flow in the specified direction. THP210 is specially designed for temperature-humidity and pressure difference measurement in this clean industrial environment.
Especially for the biopharmaceutical clean room O3 or VHP sterile environment, the temperature and humidity probe of THP210 can be equipped with the specialized filter PF04 for H202 environment, which micropores are filled with the MnO2 composite catalyst with the particle diameter of about 10um; When in touch with the filter, VHP or O3 will be decomposed into H2O and O2 to achieve the purpose of protecting the probe and humidity-sensitive element.
